This is the desk an assessor works from: every requirement, the record they ask to see, and the words in your own documents that answer it. Nothing else sets your pack beside the clause before the visit.

What the reading gives you

For every one of the 429 held requirements you get one line: the clause code, whether a requirement-specific phrase from that requirement appears in the text you pasted, the words of yours that decided it, and the evidence to bring. Free shows the top line and the first twelve rows; the paid reading shows all 429 rows and exports the evidence sheet.

It is a reading of your text, not a compliance result, and nothing more. A requirement it marks as mentioned is a requirement your document talks about; whether the control is in place is the assessor's call, and the pages say so in plain words.

Questions this is asked

What evidence do I need for a named quality indicator?

Each of the 429 requirement pages carries the requirement, the evidence to bring, the gaps assessors commonly find, and the question a reviewer opens with, cited to its clause. Start at the requirements index.

Which frameworks does this cover?

The four that attach to an Australian NDIS or aged care provider: the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators, the Aged Care Quality Standards (strengthened edition), the NDIS Provider Registration Rules and the NDIS Code of Conduct. The which rules apply page sets out each market in turn.

Is the requirement data free to use?

Yes. /api/standards.json returns all 429 requirements with their source clause, and each framework has its own endpoint. Free to reuse with attribution.

Where the numbers come from

429 requirements, read clause by clause from the held text of the four frameworks and cited to each clause. The evidence guidance behind every line is our reading of that clause, not a quotation of the instrument, and where a text is not held in full the page names it and does not state it. The open data is at /api/standards.json; the reading method is on the method page.

The rules this is built from

Nothing here is invented. Care Standards Checker reads the official rules listed below, by market, and every answer points to the one it came from. The same rules are cross-checked against related standards, the way a compliance team checks them.
