About Care Standards Checker
Care Standards Checker publishes the Australian care-quality requirements as open data, answers the questions providers and their consultants ask, and sells the reading of a provider's own evidence against those requirements, clause by clause.
Who runs it
The Art of Service Pty Ltd, GPO Box 2673, Brisbane QLD 4001, Australia. Support and every question about a reading, a saved reading or a plan: support@theartofservice.com.
What it is for
A compliance coordinator or quality manager at an NDIS registered provider, or at an aged care provider, has to keep the provider registered and funded and faces an audit against standards they usually meet in practice and cannot always show on paper. This product puts the requirement, the evidence an assessor asks to see, what assessors commonly find and the question a reviewer opens with in one place, cited to its clause, and then reads the provider's own text against all of it.
What it is not
It is not an audit, it does not certify anything, and it does not lodge anything with a Commission. It reads text and cites rules. A quality assessor decides whether a requirement is met, and the method page says so plainly.
The data is free
Every requirement is published at /api/standards.json for the consultant, the reference desk and the software vendor, free to reuse with attribution. The sources page carries the licence and how each requirement is stated.
Where it sits on the desk
The same standards are published as pages on the compliance desk: compliance.theartofservice.com. Adjacent tools from the same estate cover a notifiable change and an allied-health audit checklist.
