Where the text comes from, and what you may do with it

Nothing here is written from memory. Every requirement on this site is our statement of a clause of one of four held frameworks, cited to that clause.

The four frameworks held

How we state a requirement

Each requirement is our wording of the clause, not the instrument verbatim. The clause code is carried on every page, on every row of the reading and in the open data, so a reader can go to the primary instrument and check any line. Where a framework is not held in full, the page names it and does not state its text.

The evidence guidance

The evidence to bring and what assessors commonly find are our reading of what an assessor asks for under that clause. They are guidance, not the instrument, and they do not bind an assessor: a quality assessor decides what is sufficient.
