Evidence desk
Five registers a provider keeps between audits, on the paid plan. Every row is yours and dated, and the desk reads it in your browser against the clause it belongs to: who expires next, which notification met its deadline, which action is still open, which drill is recent, and what sits past its review cycle.
The desk keeps the register. It does not decide an outcome: it reads what you entered and names the clause behind it. A quality assessor decides whether a requirement is met.
A worked row from each register
SpecimenA made-up row, on the desk so you can see what each register reads. Not your data, and not a finding about anyone.
| Register | A specimen row, made up | What the desk reads from it |
|---|---|---|
| Worker screening and expiry | Worker name entered, screening clearance expiry entered inside the next 60 days, orientation module date and first aid expiry on file | On the list of who expires in the next 60 days. Cite core-15.2. |
| Incidents and complaints | Reportable incident dated 14 August, lodged with the Commission on 16 August, the deadline entered as 21 August, obligation core-14.1 | Met: lodged inside the deadline you entered. |
| Corrective actions | Source "last audit", owner blank, due date 30 September, evidence reference blank, status open | Open, missing an owner and an evidence reference. |
| Drills and the emergency plan | Evacuation drill dated 12 May, actions closed, none left open | Within the last six months, actions closed. Cite core-16a.5. |
| Review cycle | Item "medication management procedure", cadence "every 12 months", next due date already past | Past its cycle: the item is flagged. Cite core-11.3. |
Keep a reading of your policy or evidence pack on your saved readings, or run it now on the home tool. The requirements themselves, each cited to its clause, are on the standards index.
Use the address you paid with, if you have a plan; that is where your desk and your subscription live.
The reading is free to run; keeping a register across audits is on the paid plan. Monthly AUD 19, or AUD 149 for the year (twelve months at AUD 19 is AUD 228, so the year saves AUD 79).
