Incident and complaint register
One row per incident or complaint: the date, the type, the day the notification was lodged, the deadline you enter from the instrument, and the obligation it relates to. The register reads each lodged row against the deadline you entered and marks it met or missed.
What this register maps
Each obligation is cited to the clause this product holds. Where the deadline matters, the deadline is yours to enter from the instrument: this desk never states a deadline number it cannot cite from the text it holds.

What does a description trigger?
| Date | Type | Lodged | Deadline you entered | Obligation | Reading |
|---|
The obligation names the clause and the instrument; the met or missed reading follows the lodgement date and the deadline you entered. A notifiable change is a separate step: describe it once and the notifiable change checker works out who to notify and by when.
Use the address you paid with, if you have a plan; that is where your desk and your subscription live.
The reading is free to run; keeping a register across audits is on the paid plan. Monthly AUD 19, or AUD 149 for the year (twelve months at AUD 19 is AUD 228, so the year saves AUD 79).
