What evidence do I need?
For core-5.3 Privacy and dignity: agreement on what personal information and recordings, the evidence to bring is: Consent forms naming the information collected, its purpose and any photo, video or CCTV use; Register of consents for images and recordings with withdrawal dates. Keep every record dated, signed and current, and name who owns it.
Answer the reviewer first
Show me consent forms naming the information collected, its purpose and any photo, video or CCTV use, and tell me who owns it and when it was last reviewed.
That is the question a quality assessor opens with for this requirement. Have the record on the desk and the date it was last reviewed to hand.
