Our wording of the requirement: our statement of what the clause asks, not the instrument verbatim. Source: NDIS Practice Standards on the compliance desk.
The evidence to bring
- Conflict of interest policy covering SDA and any other NDIS supports offered by the provider or related entities
- Accessible version of the policy given to tenants, with a record of issue
- Board or management approval record for the policy
What assessors commonly find
- Policy covers staff gifts only and ignores the SDA and support provider relationship
- Tenants have never been given the policy
