The evidence to bring

- Rent ledger and receipts issued to the participant
- Bond lodgement or holding record
- Copies of written notices of contact detail changes and rent increases with dates sent

What evidence do I need?
For m5-5.2 SDA service agreements: minimum terms where no tenancy legislation applies, the evidence to bring is: Agreement template showing each required term (rent, bond, board, increase notice, contacts, term, termination, vacate notice, repairs); Rent ledger and receipts issued to the participant. Answer the reviewer first
Show me agreement template showing each required term (rent, bond, board, increase notice, contacts, term, termination, vacate notice, repairs), and tell me who owns it and when it was last reviewed.
That is the question a quality assessor opens with for this requirement. Have the record on the desk and the date it was last reviewed to hand.
