The requirement
A registered NDIS digital platform provider may not let anyone hold out on the platform that they can deliver supports under a participant's plan unless that person has shown that they (if an individual) and every individual they employ or engage to deliver the supports hold a current NDIS worker screening clearance, and the provider does not know of a clearance that has ended. This applies from 1 January 2027.
