What is a notifiable change, and when must I tell the Commission?

A registered provider must notify the Commissioner, in the approved form and as soon as practicable, of any change to its contact details and of any change in scale: the geographic areas served, the locations it operates from, or a significant increase or decrease in participants or in workers.

Answered from the held text of NDIS Provider Registration Rules s13. The clause behind it is cited below, and the requirement page carries the evidence an assessor asks for.

What the clause behind this answer says

s13 Notify changes to contact details and to scale
The provider tells the Commissioner, using the form the Commissioner approves and as quickly as it can after it learns a change will happen or it happens (whichever is earlier), about any shift to the details it uses to be contacted and any shift of scale in the supports it is registered to give: the geographic areas served, the places it operates from, a large rise or fall in the number of people served, or a large rise or fall in workers.
