NDIS Code of Conduct

Part 2: The NDIS Code of Conduct (section 6)

s6-1-e Promptly raise and act on concerns about quality and safety

Clause and reference s 6(1)(e) of the NDIS (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018 · our reference s6-1-e

The requirement

Everyone the Code covers moves promptly to raise concerns about anything that may bear on the quality and safety of the supports and services given to people with disability, and to act on them. Providers foster an environment where participants, families, advocates and workers feel safe to complain or report, operate effective complaints and incident processes, investigate and take disciplinary action, and cooperate with external investigations; workers report concerns through the provider or directly to the Commission.
