How must personal information and recordings be handled?
The provider agrees with the participant what personal information and recordings may be collected and used, and for what purpose. Consent is recorded, the forms name the information and the images held, and a withdrawal of consent is honoured. Participants are told about the confidentiality policy and how to see their own information.
